ANANDA RUN

Group Application

A. Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees for the 25K/Open 10K/Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability participative category.

A.1. ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability race category, mentioning the group name.
  2. Post receiving the group/ corporate group registration email request, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members.
  3. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in  with group/corporate details. No codes will be shared if the payment receipt is not shared with us on email: corporateregistration@procam.in. The amount against unused codes will be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 175 from the total refundable amount. The refund will be made by 28th February 2023.
  4. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address.
  5. The TSK25K registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
  6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
  7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground 25K/Open 10K/Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
  8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground 25K/Open 10K/Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TSK25K 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
  9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2023 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 175. The refund will be made by 28th February 2023.
  10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running number bib from the Mirchi Get Active Expo separately. No provision of refunding the individual payment or adding such participants in the group will be entertained.

A. 2. OFFLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS VIA PHYSICAL FORM

1. All members of the group/corporate need to individually fill the application form attached in the email issued by PIPL and attach all relevant documents with the form. To receive soft copy of the application form, please write to us at corporateregistration@procam.in 

2. The POC of the Group will have to provide the below mentioned documents:

i. A covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity. The format of the covering letter is attached and will include the details given below:

o   Name of the group/corporate.

o   Total Number of entries in each race category.

o   Payment mode selected: i.e. Cheque/DD/Card Payment/NEFT/online.

o   Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the group/corporate/entity/NGO.

o   GST Number of the company/entity to raise an invoice.

o   State Name and State Code to raise an invoice.

3. The POC of the group will have to submit all the application forms filled out by the members of the group at our registration office. (Call us at +91-9867722855 or write to us at tsk25k@procam.in , to know the address of our registration office)

4. POC needs to make the payment by Cheque/Demand Draft. (All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.")

5. Post receiving all the above given documents with payment, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the covering letter.

6. SPOC of the group will be able to collect running bibs of all the group members, who have registered, from the expo. Applicable only for Ananda Run, Silvers’ Run and Champions with Disability race categories.

7. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

B. Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the on-ground 25K/Open 10K/Ananda Run/ Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability participative category.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

a. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with number of registrations required in the Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability race category, mentioning the group name. 

b. The TSK25K registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  

c. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.

d. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground 25K/Open10K/Ananda Run/Silvers’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TSK25K 2023 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.

e. All requisite mandatories (submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

TSK 25K 2023 *Corporate / Group Gratification

Corporate group to submit a minimum 100 entries to be eligible.

· The top 3 Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

· The Corporate / Group with the highest number of Women participants across all race categories will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 50 entries in 25K race category to be eligible

· The Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants in the 25K race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

· Fastest Corporate / Group in 25K (avg. timing will be calculated) will receive a Trophy/Plaque with min. number of finishers:

>  50-75

>  75 and above

· The Corporate / Group with maximum finishers finishing in less than 2 hr 30 mins, will receive a Trophy/Plaque.

(Min. 50 finishers required to qualify under this gratification)

Corporate / Group to submit minimum 100 entries in Open 10K race category to be eligible

· The Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants in the Open 10K race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

· Fastest Corporate / Group in Open 10K (avg. timing will be calculated) will receive a Trophy/Plaque with min. number of finishers:

>  100-125

>  125 and above

· The Corporate / Group with maximum finishers finishing in less than 60 mins, will receive a Trophy/Plaque. 

(Min. 50 finishers required to qualify under this gratification)

Corporate / Group group to submit minimum 100 entries in Ananda Run race category to be eligible

· The Corporate / Group with the highest number of participants in the Ananda Run race category will receive a Trophy / Plaque.

* The gratification can be availed only by corporates who are not associated with the Event as the Event's Title Sponsor, Associate Sponsor or Partners
