Manoj Kumar  

Manoj Kumar, fondly known as Kutty has been serving the nation in Olive Greens for past 3 decades plus. He believes that an early morning run/walk gives a positive mindset, improves focus, enforces a habit and of course essential dose of fresh air, Vit D and improved sleep pattern. Most importantly it gives a ME time away from mobile etc. Running had been part of his training days since school and in profession but he had never run beyond 12K. In Dec 2014 he ran his maiden 10K in an organised event in the first edition of Kolkata Marathon. The atmosphere of such an event motivated him to pursue running as a passion. He ran his first HM in Nov 2016 (ADHM) and FM in Aug 2018 (HYD) and have been regular at multiple running events across the country. Manoj is presently staying at Gopalpur, Orissa but is connected with his running buddies of Forces Runners group and about half a dozen of them are pacers in this edition of TSK25. This is his maiden attempt as pacer of 3:00 hr Bus in TSK25. He is determined to ensure that maximum aspirants achieve their personal targets following him.
