A business woman for more than 3 decades, working with leading European fashion designers & bringing global fashion to India through her Concept Store ‘Coral’, Vibha took to running in 2015; from barely being able to run 500 meters, she quickly got to 5k events and 10k events, and went on to do her first half marathon in Goa in 2017, trained, aided and supported by her group – Kolkata Road Runners !
She soon also ran her first Marathon in Mumbai (TMM) and just last year did her first ultra run – the 50k Border Hell run in Jaisalmer !
Vibha has always been a fitness enthusiast, practicing yoga and playing club level competitive badminton for several years. Her keenness for travelling made her a passionate adventure mountain trekker 7 years ago. She has faced several injuries during her sports & running journey, but nothing has ever stopped her from bouncing back on the road.
Vibha equally enjoys working with several NGOs, pursuing the cause of child education and women’s empowerment. She is closely associated with The Art of Living foundation and has conducted many programs.
