When do registrations for each of the categories commence?
Registration Start Date: Tuesday, 17th September 2019, Online: 0700 hours & Offline: 1100 hours.
What is the last date to submit entries for each of the categories?
Friday, 29th November 2019 or as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier.
Can I register on the day of the event?
No. Requests for application will not be entertained post closure of respective registrations dates.
What is the minimum age eligibility for applying Senior Citizens' Run race category?
Minimum age eligibility as on 14.12.2019 is 60 years
Is there any upper age limit for each race?
What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee paid is exclusively for your race category participation in the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2019. The registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers / promotions / discounts / goodies / Tee, etc. that are offered, directly or indirectly, by the Promoter / Event Sponsor / Partner.
Will I get a timing certificate and medal?
No, Senior Citizens’ Run is a non-timed fun run, no timing certificate / medal is given in this category. However, Participation certificate of Senior Citizens’ Run participants will be available to download from https://www.marathon-photos.com/ post 48 hours of race day.
Will I get a finishers tee?
No, finishers tee is not offered to any Senior Citizens' Run participant.
How can an overseas applicant apply for the Event?
An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations
In whose name should the entry fee cheque or demand draft be made?
All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT.
LTD.”
Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?
An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking or debit card.
How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?
Post 07 Working days of registrations closure, individual applicant is required to go online
here and check his/her application status. In case of group entries (Ananda Run / Sr.
Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability race categories), the point of contact of the
group will be receiving email confirmation for confirmed participants of the group. If you
are unable to check application status online, please contact our event helpline number +91

Can I apply for more than one race category?
No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with
two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail in all being
rejected.
Can I apply for my friend?
No, an applicant must sign/accept the waiver / consent himself/herself, you cannot apply on
your friend's behalf.
I have recently started running. Can I participate in the Senior Citizens’ Run?
Yes, you can participate in Senior Citizens’ Run.
Can I run with somebody else’s running BIB on race day?
No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2020. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
What will happen once I submit my application?
Your entry confirmation is subject to –
- Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you,
- Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion,
- Availability of running spaces
- Entry Rules and Guidelines.
Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Ananda Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability?
Confirmation preference criteria do not apply to application and confirmation process of the Ananda Run/Sr. Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability categories. Applications for these categories will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of applications or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.
Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?
Yes, but ONLY if you are wanting to participate in the Open 10k, Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or Champions with Disability. No group applications will be accepted for the 25K Run. Also, please do not club 25K Run / applications with group applications of Open 10K, Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.
What are the things to be remembered while submitting application forms as a GROUP?
- Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group
entry.
- Please DO NOT club 25K Run entries with group entries. Such entries will be
disqualified.
- Only applicants for the Open 10K, Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions
with
Disability categories can apply as a group; the 25K Run category is open for individual
entries
only.
- Online group registration using scratch card
- All the members of the group need to register individually here.
- Each group need to purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute
them to
its members. At the time of purchasing scratch card, the group needs to
provide
below mentioned documents:
- PAN Card of the company/NGO/any other entity.
- A covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the
company/NGO/any other entity. Format of the covering letter is
mentioned here which include the
following:
- Name of the group.
- Total Number of entries to be submitted
- Details of Payment made to purchase scratch cards in
bulk i.e.
Cash/Cheque/DD/Card Payment, date of purchase, amount,
bank
details in case of Cheque/DD submitted.
- Name, contact number, email id of the one point of
contact of
the group and address of the company/entity/NGO.
- GST Number of the company/entity/NGO to raise an invoice
- State Name and State Code to raise an invoice
- The cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application
fees
applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD
should be
drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt.
Ltd.”.
- Post submission of the above given documents, an invoice will be
sent to
the point of contact’s postal address mentioned in the
covering
letter
- Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event
and the
members of the group need to register online using
scratch cards
before
the registration end date or till the running spaces are
available.
Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running
spaces
are filled.
- Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for
TATA
STEEL KOLKATA 25K 2019 edition and till the time registrations
are open
or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be
returned
or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch
cards
will be refunded after deducting processing fees of Rs 150.
- Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch
cards
will not be treated as a group entry.
- All requisites to register online by an individual need to be
fulfilled
to complete online registration.
- Physical Forms
- All members of a group must fill and sign individual application forms.
Under
‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need
to
choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the
group.
- Only one cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD
should be
of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each
individual
group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of
“PROCAM
INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.”
- Each group must submit their entries together at one time along with a
copy of
PAN card of the company/NGO/ any other entity, in a single envelope
under a
covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format
mentioned here
- Name of the group.

- Forms will only be accepted up to Friday, 29th November 2019, 1900 hours

- A representative of the group, with an authority letter from the company /NGO/ entity, will be allowed to collect running bibs for the entire group from the expo. This is applicable only for confirmed groups of Ananda Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champion With Disability, using any of the two group registration methods mentioned above.
Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group
participating in the event?
NO, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.
Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?
Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications for not more than 5 applicants.
Can I transfer my bib to somebody else or somebody else can run on my bib?
Entry to the event is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Race day images of all the participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2020. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.
IMPORTANT: All running bib has a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photograph, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list attached and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in next edition, if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.
Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online
application form compulsory?
Yes, all participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched
with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during
registration does not match with race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered
runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2020.
Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including
online) compulsory?
Yes, it must be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application.
Online applicants need to attach clear copy of their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst
submitting application; the file size should not exceed 2 MB in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.
Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
While registering online, what should I do if the amount is deducted from my
account, but my transaction status is shown as pending?
You need to send the transaction number immediately at tsk25k@procam.in
While applying online, I am not receiving the email to reset my password. What
should I do?
You should check your spam/junk folder for your reset password email. In case if the problem
persists, you can email us at tsk25k@procam.in
What should I do if I am unable to open the registration website?
We recommend you use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for an optimized registration
experience. You should also clear the cache & cookies and retry. If the problem persists,
send us a screenshot of the error at tsk25k@procam.in
On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?
Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to
the email id mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry.
- Incomplete form submitted,
- Waiver & Consent not signed/accepted,
- Clear photo & Govt. issued photo ID not submitted
- Applicant is underage for the race chosen,
- Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,
- More than one entry form received from the same applicant,
- Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,
- Cheque payable at par not submitted,
- Required documents not attached/submitted,
- Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,
- Running places are full,
- Any other reason
What options do I have in case my application gets rejected/I was not able to
apply on time?
Unregistered applicants can approach Event’s official Philanthropy Partner, India Cares
Foundation, for charity running places. Such charity running places will be available at
premium and the proceeds of the same, minus the applicable entry fees, will go to the NGO
chosen by the respective runner. It is important that the NGO must be listed as
participating NGO with India Cares Foundation. For more details, you may visit http://icfn.in/.
Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?
Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 15th January 2020. An amount of Rs. 150 will be deducted as processing charges. You will be required to provide your bank details on a link provided by the Event’s Registration team. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event’s Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 31st December 2019.
Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund?
Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Further, application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Expo.
Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?
Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.
Is Goodie bag available to all participants of TSK 25K 2019?
No. Goodie bag is not given.
Can you post me my Running Number Bib?
No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
Will I get my bib replaced in case I lose it, post bib collection?
No, we will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end. In case,
of Group entry, please get in touch with Point of contact of your Group.
