The Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022 will happen on Sunday, 18th December 2022.

There is no upper age limit for any race category.

Important: The registration fee paid is exclusively for your participation in the race category chosen at the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022. Registration fee is not, in part or full, payable for any offers/promotions/ discounts/goodies/race day tee, etc. These, if offered, will be by event sponsors/partners/ brands through the Event Promoter separately.

Yes. You can participate in the 25K race category without a prior timing certificate under the general criteria.

To encourage women’s participation, there are a limited number of running places reserved for women applicants who cannot submit a timing certificate or do not fall within the timings criteria.

Yes. You can participate in the Open 10K race category without a prior timing certificate under general criteria.

Participation in the Champions with Disability (CWD) is open for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopedic or neurological disorder.

We recommend participants of the Champions with Disability be accompanied by his/her Buddy (attendant) on race day. The buddy must be 18 years and above (born on or before 17th)

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph with their face clearly visible whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 3 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and matched with the photo provided at the time of registration. If the photo provided during registration does not match with the race day photo of the confirmed participant, the registered runner will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event.

Yes, applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting the application; the photograph size should not exceed 3 MB in .jpeg and .png format.

Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhaar Card.

Yes, for your donation, it is mandatory to submit your PAN details asked during the registration process.

An overseas applicant can apply ONLY through online registrations 

Important: Overseas applicants must check on travel protocols and quarantine rules of their respective localities/countries and Kolkata, India in force, prior to applying and participating at the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022.

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.“

An online applicant can pay ONLY via credit card, net banking, debit card, UPI and payment wallets.

Post 7 days of registration, individual applicants are required to go to the TSK25K website, login into their profile using the registered email id and check their “ profile” for their application status.

No. An individual can apply only for one race category at the event. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

1. Once applied, no requests for refund of application fee will be entertained, under any circumstances. 
2. Where your application is rejected for reasons whatsoever, including not having uploaded the required fully vaccination certificate, the entry fee component paid will be refunded on or before 28th January 2023. An amount of ₹ 150 will be deducted as processing charges. 
3. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 28th February 2023.
4. Application fees shall not be refunded by virtue of non-participation, including failure by a confirmed participant to collect his/her bib from the Mirchi Get Active Expo or not allowed to run on the race day due to high temperature or being unwell.
5. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event registration team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 28th January 2023.

Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your application is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 28th January 2023. An amount of ₹150 will be deducted as processing charges. Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the event registration team immediately. Yes, all finishers of the 25K/Open 10K race categories will get the finisher medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). While provisional results will be available by 5 pm on race day, timing certificates of marathon finishers will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in post 21 working days from race day.

Timing certificate is not provided to Ananda Run Participants. All finishers of the Ananda Run race category will get a participation medal post their run on race day (medals will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of Ananda run participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

No, timing certificates and medals are not provided to participants of Sr. Citizens’ Run. All finishers of Senior Citizens’ Run race category will get a participation certificate which will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day.

No, timing certificates and medals are not provided to participants of Champions With Disability. All finishers of the Champions with Disability race category will get the participation lapel pin post their run on race day (lapel pins will not be posted to individual runners). Participation certificates of CWD participants will be available for download from https://www.sportstimingsolutions.in/ post 7 working days from race day. 

Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email id and will also be updated in the “runners profile” on the TSK25K website. You need to login with your registered email id to view your “my profile section”.

No. An applicant has to sign/agree to the waiver/consent himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend’s behalf.

Your application for the 25K will be confirmed based on the confirmation criteria mentioned above. Please note, confirmation is subject to –

1. Verification of valid timing certificate submitted by you (if applicable).
2. Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you.
3. Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion.
4. Availability of running spaces under each criterion.
5. Entry Rules and Guidelines.

Group Registration Process where the group/corporate is sponsoring the entry fees of its team members/employees.

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with the number of registrations required in the Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability race category, mentioning the group name.
2. Post submission of the group/ corporate pre-requisite form, the PoC will be emailed the payment link to pay the cumulative entry fees of all its team members. 
3. On making online payment, PoC to share online payment receipt on corporateregistration@procam.in with group/corporate details.
4. On receiving payment confirmation, a receipt voucher of registration fees will be generated and sent by PIPL to the PoC’s email address (as mentioned in the pre-requisite form). 
5. The TSK25K registration team will email PoC the unique codes required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group. 
6. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the online codes issued by PIPL.
7. By using the code, the team member is not required to pay the applicable entry fees of the on-ground Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability category. However, where he/she wants to, the team member can make an additional payment in the form of donation for an NGO of his/her choice; such payment will not be sponsored by the group/corporate in question.
8. Purchasing online codes does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using codes before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TSK25K 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
9. Once online codes are purchased, they can only be used online for Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022 edition and till the time registrations are open or running places are available. The amount against unused codes can be refunded after deducting the processing fees of INR 150. The refund will be made by 28th February 2023.
10. Team members not mentioning the online code given by PIPL, and as intimated to them by their PoC, will not be considered to be part of the group. Such applicants will be required to collect their running number bib from the TSK25K Expo separately. 
11. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group. 

OFFLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS VIA PHYSICAL FORM

1. All members of the group/corporate need to individually fill the application form attached in the email issued by PIPL and attach all relevant documents with the form. 
2. The POC of the Group will have to provide the below mentioned documents:
   
   1. A covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity. The format of the covering letter is attached and will include the details given below:
   2. Name of the group/corporate.
   3. Total Number of entries in each race category.
   4. Payment mode selected: i.e. Cheque/DD/Card Payment/NEFT.
   5. Name, contact number, email id of the one point of contact of the group and address of the group/corporate/entity/NGO.
   6. GST Number of the company/entity to raise an invoice.
   7. State Name and State Code to raise an invoice.
3. The POC of the group will have to submit all the application forms filled out by the members of the group at our registration office. (Call us at +91-9867722855 or write to us at tsk25k@procam.in, to know the address of our registration office)
4. POC needs to make the payment by Cheque/Demand Draft. (All cheques and demand drafts to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD.”)
5. Post receiving all the above given documents with payment, an invoice will be sent to the point of contact’s email address mentioned in the covering letter.
6. SPOC of the group will be able to collect running bibs of all the group members, who have registered, from the expo. Applicable only for Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability race categories.
7. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

Group Registration Process where individual team members/ employees will be paying their own entry fees for the  Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions With Disability participative category.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Point of contact of the group/ corporate (PoC) to fill the pre-requisite form or email the request to corporateregistration@procam.in with number of registrations required in the Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability race category, mentioning the group name. 
2. The TSK25K registration team will email PoC the common code required to get the individual team members registered online to be part of the group.  
3. All members of the group/corporate need to individually register online here using the common code issued by PIPL, and pay the applicable entry fee.
4. Purchasing the common code does not guarantee entry to the event. The members of the group/corporate need to register online here using code before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available for the on-ground Ananda Run/Senior Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability category at the TSK25K 2022 edition. Registrations will close as and when the running spaces are filled.
5. All requisite mandatories (health protocols and submission of mandatory documents) will apply for all team members registering under the group.

1. In order to collect running number bibs from the TSK25K 2022 Mirchi Get Active Expo from Friday, 16th Dec (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) to Saturday, 17th Dec (9:00 am to 7:00 pm) at Khudiram Anushilan Kendra, Sahid Khudiram Bose Rd, BBD Bagh, Next to Netaji Subhash Chandra Stadium, Kolkata, West Bengal 700021.
2. It is mandatory for all individual participants of the 25K and Open 10K race categories to collect their running numbers personally from the Bib Collection Centre within the Mirchi Get Active Expo. Confirmed participants must carry along following documents in order to collect his/her number bib:
   • Application confirmation.
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof.
3. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a runner confirmed in any of the above 2 mentioned race categories can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE participant. The representative must carry along following documents for number bib collection:
   • Application confirmation.
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the runner.
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
4. Group collection for Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability participants: A group can send their representative/s to collect the running number bibs on behalf of their team members. Running number bibs of the entire group participating in Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ run and/or Champions With Disability category/ies will be handed over at one go. Groups need to select bib pick-up slots online. The representative/s need to carry the following documents for collection of number bibs:
   • Printed copy of group confirmation email sent across to the group’s point person.
   • Printed copy of signed letter <> on the NGO/company letterhead authorising the representative/s to collect number bibs on behalf of the group
   • Govt. approved photo ID proof of the representative.
5. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses for whatsoever reasons. Further, no number bibs will be handed over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Mirchi Get Active Expo – by 7 p.m. on Saturday, 17th December 2022 to all race category participants.

Your application can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret email will be sent to the email ID mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your application.

1. Incomplete form submitted.
2. Waiver & consent not signed.
3. Applicant is underage for the race chosen.
4. Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft submitted.
5. More than one application received from the same applicant for an event.
6. Short receipt or non-receipt of application fee.
7. Required documents not attached/submitted/submitted documents not valid.
8. Running places are full.
9. Any other reason.

NOTE: Donations made (if any) at the time of registration cannot be refunded for reasons whatsoever, including entry rejections.

No. Goodie bags are not given.

No. All participants must come to the Mirchi Get Active Expo at Khudiram Anushilan Kendra, Sahid Khudiram Bose Rd, BBD Bagh, Next to Netaji Subhash Chandra Stadium, Kolkata, West Bengal 700021, to collect their Bibs.

No, it cannot be transferred to somebody else.  Race day images of participants will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participants is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2023. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

IMPORTANT: All running bibs have a unique barcode affixed to it. This barcode is synced to the personal details of the registrant, including photographs, submitted by them while registering. All running bibs will be scanned at the entrances of the event venue. Persons without a bib or wearing an incorrect or invalid bib, or where the photograph submitted along with the form does not match with the person wanting to enter the venue, WILL NOT be allowed entry. For Groups, do make sure that you distribute bibs as per the list shared with the group POC and assigned by the Promoter. You are sincerely advised NOT TO EXCHANGE THE RUNNING BIB WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPANT/PERSON. Procam International will also blacklist the group from participating in the next edition if the group is found to have distributed bibs to non-registered participants/incorrect participants.

No, we will not be able to replace any bib once it has been collected from our end. 

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained after closure of respective registration dates.

Yes, you can complete your Procam Slam cycle by successfully completing the 25K in the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K 2022 (TSK25K 2022). Performance at TSK25K 2022 will not be taken into account for someone who is starting their new Procam Slam cycle. All confirmed 25K participants will receive a T10 sports race day tee at the Bib Collection Centre within the Mirchi Get Active Expo. The Event Promoter and T10 (Event’s Sports Goods Partner) will try their best to accommodate the size selected by you. However, if unavailable, the next best available size tee will be offered. Any request for change of size/colour of the Race Day Tee will not be entertained. 

Gearing up for online registration, save time and effort by paying attention to the appended instructions before you proceed:

Yes, Limited running spots of 25K, Ananda Run and Champions with disability will be available for on-spot registrations, on a first-come, first-served basis at the Mirchi Get Active Expo, Khudiram Anushilan Kendra, Sahid Khudiram Bose Rd, BBD Bagh, Next to Netaji Subhash Chandra Stadium, Kolkata, West Bengal 700021 from – Friday, 16th Dec (9:00 am to 9:00 pm) to Saturday, 17th Dec (9:00 am to 7:00 pm)

1. Please carry the duly filled entry form and the following documents for on-spot registration at the expo-
   
   1. Copy of photo id proof.
   2. Passport size photo.
   3. Duly filled registration form
2. Mode of payment for on-spot registrations: Only credit/ debit card/UPI payments will be accepted.
3. No name on the bib will be printed.
4. Last line up section will be allotted to 25K on-spot registration at the expo.
5. We are over-subscribed in Open 10K and Senior Citizens’ Run race categories. Hence, NO on-spot registrations available for Open 10K and Senior Citizens’ Race categories.
