|Tomato (diced finely)||50gm|

method of preparation
1. Squeeze the excess water out of the tofu and crumble it.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan on a medium flame and sauté spring onions until tender. Stir the tomato and tofu and let them cook until the oil separates.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the flame and allow it to simmer until it is heated thoroughly.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and sprinkle groundnuts before serving.
